Core Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with store operations to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing talent management and organizational development support.
2. Lead full-cycle recruitment for store positions, optimizing hiring channels and ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
3. Monitor new hire integration and retention, analyze recruitment effectiveness, and maintain a talent pipeline for critical store roles.
4.Support the implementation of compensation structures and performance management systems, assisting managers in evaluating and developing team members.
5. Track performance outcomes, facilitate individual development planning, and leverage people analytics to recommend operational improvements.
6. Foster open communication channels within stores, proactively address employee relations matters, and manage HR administrative processes including contracts, transfers, and compliance.
7. Coordinate store-level training programs including onboarding, skills development, and leadership growth initiatives. Plan employee engagement activities that reinforce company culture.
8. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, prepare regular HR reports, and provide data-driven insights to support organizational decisions.
9. Provide administrative support as required in coordination with store management.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. Work Experience: 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year as an HRBP in retail, hospitality, or multi-unit restaurant environments. Exposure to general administrative functions is beneficial.
3. Sound knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations in the food service industry. Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters independently.
4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, adaptable to fast-paced operational settings. Proficient with office software and able to prepare reports and analyze HR metrics.
5. Highly accountable, collaborative, and proactive in identifying business needs and delivering practical, people-focused solutions.
