Restaurant Sales Manager (Shanghai)

Core Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute annual/quarterly sales strategies and business plans to achieve targets in revenue, customer growth, and market penetration.
2. A Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, with emphasis on corporate clients, group events, and banquet services (weddings, business functions, conferences).
3. Build and nurture lasting client relationships through consistent engagement, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
4. Design and implement promotional activities, partnership programs, and targeted marketing initiatives.
5. Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, and Marketing departments to ensure flawless execution of client events and large-scale functions.
6. Contribute to the development of banquet menus, service standards, and experiential enhancements to elevate guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: 1. Education: College degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food & beverage industry, ideally within upscale dining, hotels, or multi-unit restaurant groups. Demonstrated success in key account management(e.g., corporate clients, banquet clients)is a strong plus.
3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing capabilities.
4. Exceptional relationship-building and client retention skills.
5. Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

Salary range:8-15k
