Core Responsibilities:

I. Integrated Strategy & Platform Governance
1. Define platform roles and collaborative frameworks for Meituan/Dianping, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin, establishing a seamless user journey across content engagement, traffic conversion, and repeat purchase.
2. Develop and maintain a centralized data dashboard to monitor platform performance, generate regular competitive insights, and optimize resource allocation dynamically. II. Platform-Specific Operations
(1) Meituan & Dianping Management
1. Maintain accurate store profiles, manage customer ratings and reviews, execute platform campaigns, and implement targeted user acquisition strategies.
2. Optimize search visibility through SEO and manage ROI of paid promotion tools.
(2) Xiaohongshu Operation
1. Create high-engagement content templates (reviews, guides, vlogs) and oversee a KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) network for scalable content distribution.
2. Drive topic marketing leveraging industry trends and brand-led initiatives.
3. Execute integrated commercial campaigns, optimize paid promotions, and deploy branded search and display placements.
(3) Douyin Operation
1. Develop a sustainable short-video content engine with compelling scripts spanning storytelling, education, and store exploration themes.
2. Establish a systematic video asset library and streamlined creative production workflow.

Qualifications:

1. Professional Background:5+ years of hands-on experience operating multi-platform digital campaigns, preferably in local services, F&B, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
2. Data Skills:Proficient in data analysis using SQL/Excel; able to deliver ROI forecasts with ≤5% variance.
3. Tool Mastery:Practical experience with ad platforms including Douyin Qianchuan, Mass Engine, and Meituan Promotion Express.
